Aside from that she is also a really great realtor. She went above & beyond to help us with the sale of our home. Even personally helped us deep clean the house before taking pictures & listing it for sale! She was on top of everything every single day & didn’t stop until we sold! After selling, she went the extra mile to help us find the perfect builder & bank to get our construction loan. She made phone calls, appointments, did research, etc. just to make sure we got the best of the best! She helped us stay on top of the builder throughout the process to make sure nothing was missed, everything was done well & great quality as well! Deborah also helped us look over the draw numbers throughout the build process to make sure we weren’t being over charged for anything & that the numbers look good overall. She even noticed when one of the contractors purchased something that we shouldn’t of been charged for. She never missed a beat! When our construction was close to being done, she started making phone calls to get us the best lender & rate for our mortgage refinance. She's very professional, kind and goes above and beyond for her clients. She's the only one I trust to buy or list a home with. Deb listened to my wants yet also paid attention to the needs of my family in effort to find us the perfect home.

I own properties in 3 states one of which is TX. Through the years, I have encountered and dealt with quite a few more realtors then the average person. My experience has generally been less than remarkable and in most of my dealings I�ve found most agents were not what I would consider to be expert in the field. The National Association of Realtors reports that the median experience for a licensed agent is 8 years. However, my experience is that the average is maybe half that at best. It also reports that the average work week is approximately 35 hours a week. Although I�m not a real estate agent myself, like a real estate agent I am an independent consultant. I can�t remember when I was on a project where I ever worked as few as 35 hours in a week. What I�m suggesting is that many agents are not as motivated as I would have thought, and surely not as motivated as I would be. When I was looking for an agent for my latest sale of a property in San Antonio TX, I spent over a week researching agents in San Antonio. I read dozens and dozens reviews and profiles of different agents and contacted at least half a dozen to try to get a feel for their level. What I was looking for was an agent with a high degree of integrity, market knowledge, drive and service. After a lot of research, I eventually came upon Deborah Coley and decided to give her a call. After speaking with her for a few minutes and verifying some reviews, I decided to go with her. That was probably one of the best Real Estate decisions I�ve ever made. I found Deborah to be motivated, driven, honest, conscientious, meticulous, and a seasoned real estate professional. Working with her was a great experience. Where I was having difficulty getting the property into ready condition, due to my location and work situation, she came to my aid and got everything ready. Her professional photographer brought out the very best in my property and her marketing strategy was excellent. Her assessment of the current market was right on and she fully prepared me for what to expect. She is definitely not your average real estate agent. She has over 17 years of experience in San Antonio, and several additional years before that in another state. I know that her typical week is not 35 hours. She is very good working with Investors as well as regular home buyers and sellers. She can work with local and non-local clients and can help streamline the entire process. I affirmed all of this prior to engaging her by calling some of her references. All of her references offered sterling and enthusiastic reviews. I�ve given out very few reviews for Real Estate Agents, and never one with this degree of endorsement. I could say more, in fact, I had to edit this review down a bit, so I didn�t include all the great things that she did for me as a matter of course because of the level of professional that she is. If you are looking for a great agent, I don�t think you�ll be able to do much better than Deborah Coley. I highly recommend her.

Every detail she made sure the company explained or had it fixed. Deborah made sure she knew about the area and even researched it out for us and made sure we loved the area before even putting a deposit down and listened to everything we wanted in a house as well. She always was on the company if they tried to get away with something that was not told to us or was wrong and made sure everything was right and what it was supposed to be. I felt really relived to have Deborah there especially being pregnant at the time because she made everything so easy for us. She is just an amazing realtor all around and knows all the way around in buying a house. She was very patient with us as well and did not rush us into anything unless we were ready and took very care of us and really made it about us and what we wanted and needed.
